BANKRUPT EMPLOYEE CAN'T BRING DISCRIMINATION CLAIM

An employee filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition - and failed to update his bankruptcy papers by disclosing an administrative charge of discrimination. Because he hoped to "make a mockery of the judicial system" he was precluded from seeking monetary damages in his discrimination suit.
