US SUPREME COURT ALLOWS ENFORCEMENT OF ARBITRATION PROVISION
 
 
On March 21st, the US Supreme Court reversed the Ninth Circuit and found that the Federal Arbitration Act does not exclude employees, except for transportation workers.
