DISCRIMINATORY HARASSMENT POLICY FOUND INEFFECTIVE
 
 
The Eleventh Circuit found a discriminatory harassment policy to be ineffective because: (1) it was not posted; (2) management was not trained on it; and (3) it did not appear in personnel files.
